„Flew in from East coast for wedding. Campbell was a perfect location for all the planned wedding activities from CupertinoSaratogaLos Gatos SanJose airport Santa Cruz beaches and boardwalk. We believe we were the first guests and the house was a show house. Basic ammenities but comfortable and safe for me and my 4 daughters 2430yo. Communication with Will was timely and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay.“

„the place is in need of renovation. The communication with the bost was non-existing. Never answered my messages. The AC unit does not work properly, makes a lot of noise to the point of not letting us sleep. Washer and dryer are filthy, we could use, they are in terrible shape. Very disappointed!“

„Clean. Simply furnished with LOTS of sleeping and sitting space inside and out. It was perfect for our group and I look forward to bringing the family in the future. “

„This is a cute little house, the perfect stay for two dogs - exactly what the listing says. The host is quick to respond and very pleasant, the neighborhood is active, there are schools in the area and very nice for an evening stroll. “

„The guest house is nice, clean, and modern. There is a beautiful deck and creek to enjoy. We used the hot tub and grill. I definitely would not recommend 4 people stay here but it was the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Hosts were friendly and responsive and would recommend to others.“

„Very clean and well appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is better stocked with utensils and cookware than many people's home kitchens. Discovered a small hiccup with the plumbing that required contacting hosts--Verbo's platform made it challenging to get in touch with them in a timely way but it was eventually worked around. “

"Schönes geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer. Fussläufig sind einige Lokale erreichbar. Kleiner Nachteil: Das Frühstück gibt es nur bis 9.00 Uhr und wir waren 10 Minuten zu spät und es gab nichts mehr. Trotzdem ist das Haus empfehlenswert."
