„This property was a scam. I booked the place just December of last year and When I went there to check-in, the security guard said the unit was not available and it was for longterm rent. I called the property manager using the number provided in the email by Vrbo using 2 different phones (US and Philippines) but the person was not picking up. Do not rent this place! “

„The property is 8 mns walk to SM, walkable to The Cathedral, 15 mns to Burnham Park, its in a street where its quite busy, noisy if u open your window . Condo building is fine,with small convenience store/ shops inside. This is a review of another unit coz the host switch us last minute due to some problem on the original 4LW10 unit. „24時間対応フロントとあったが、これはウソ。メガタワーというビルのなかのマンションの１室。ビルの守衛は部屋番号が分からないと入れない。ここで電話をすればよいのかもしれないがWiFiが使えないのでネットが開けない。連絡の電話番号はメモしておかなければならない。守衛ともめているとどこからともなくおばさんが現れ部屋番号を教えてくれて鍵をくれた。このおばさんと会えるのはこのときだけ。あとになってコンロの使い方を聞こうとしたら、もう家に帰ったので行けないといわれた。“
