„It was a perfect family beach getaway. It’s in a gated community, walking distance to Playa El Cocal with grocery stores/bakeries/restaurants nearby. House was just as described and Luann was very attentive, checking in on us to ask if we needed anything. The only thing that would have made this stay better would have been more time….to sip on a cup of coffee on the deck that wraps around, take in all the natural beauty and starlit sky at night and listen to the waves and song of the coquis.“

„Great for the price. Beautiful side of the island. An hour plus from San Juan so that surprised us a little. I say plus because sometimes the traffic is nuts. The house was perfect and was perfect for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads and sleep. Hector, the contact for the property, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rebook this property.“

„Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. „We stayed as a family including 2 adults, 2 adult children and one child. We had plenty of room and adequate number of restrooms. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach was there. The location is far from the city, but that was what we wanted. The seaweed made the beach nearby impossible to use , but the views were amazing. The host was very responsive and the community is quiet and not very crowded. “

„Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us.
