Entertainment



The living room is your main gathering hub, and the electric fireplace sets a warm, relaxed tone whether you're in the middle of a rainy afternoon or winding down after a full day on the lake. There is no game room or gaming console on-site, but the community amenities and direct lake access provide plenty of built-in entertainment.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a full complement of cookware including saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, baking pans, and mixing bowls, plus small appliances like a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer. Tableware is scaled to the guest count, with plates, mugs, juice glasses, and wine glasses included. Grilling utensils are also on hand for use with the outdoor grills. The dishwasher makes cleanup easy after big meals.

Step out to the lower level deck and you'll find a wood-burning fire pit ready for evening use. The propane grill is fueled up and all burners are working. A charcoal park-style grill is also available on the community grounds. Pull up a chair, pour something cold, and watch the lake catch the last light of the day.



Community Amenities



Amber Waters Hideaway sits within a resort community that punches above its weight in lake access. Guests have use of two community swim docks - both with swim ladders. Dock B includes a boat slip with lift (slip 8, 24 x 10 feet) and paddleboards with equipment stored in the cabin. The heated fish house is available year-round. A community boat ramp rounds out a setup that serious lake-goers will genuinely appreciate.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and simple - With an E lock. For a backup the lockbox is located on the back of the pillar next to the front door on the left-hand side. Note that GPS navigation may not route you correctly to this address - follow the provided arrival instructions carefully. Once inside the resort, drive down the right side of the loop and look for the home set back between the smaller cabins. The unit is labeled 92. Your host is available if you need anything during your stay.

★ Pet-friendly - pets are welcome (Max of 2 dogs. There is a pet fee of $25 per pet, per night)

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ Jacuzzi tub is out of order until further notice

★ Smoke detectors installed throughout

★ Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink

★ The driveway is steep and narrow with a mix of paved and gravel surface - not ideal for large trucks or vehicles needing wide clearance

★ 3 steps up to the front door, plus a step up into the home - not fully accessible for mobility-limited guests

★ Unique staircase with a landing on interior of home - careful for mobility-limited guests

★ Downstairs left-hand bedroom closet is locked and reserved for owner storage

★ Dumpster is located 20 feet from the home - key is on the lanyard hanging on the hook by the front door

★ Please bring all items including trash out of the fish house when finished

★ Please bring up the swim ladder on Dock B when finished
