This ground floor apartment features a bright open-plan air-conditioned living and dining area that open to the fully furnished and large front balcony with breathtaking sea views. Large picture windows fill the space with natural light, creating a relaxing and airy atmosphere.
The fully equipped modern kitchen allows you to prepare meals while enjoying the stunning ocean views – perfect for relaxed breakfasts or sunset dinners.
A short corridor leads to the sleeping area. The Master bedroom with Double bed (140X190) and wardrobes opens to the front balcony with beautiful views to Cabo Girão and Atlantic Ocean. At the end of the corridor, you can find the Twin bedroom with two single beds (90cmx190cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating.
The family bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and single washbasin can be found in the end of the corridor.
There is outdoor dining and seating on the veranda for those lovely warm days, and a portable barbecue. Câmara de Lobos, a couple of Km away downhill, is known for being a vibrant town, the origin of the famous Madeira Poncha drink, with many cafés, restaurants and bars for great night life.

The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.

Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 150€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.
The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities. This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person. Your accommodation is legally responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality. The Municipality Tourist Tax will be collected via credit card on the online check-in procedure.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and once you have paid your balance. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in and access to the apartment is by keybox. Details of its location and code are sent to you between 24 and 72 hours prior to arrival. Please make sure you verify your e-mails to be fully informed of the correct procedure, thereby ensuring a seamless and easy check-in to your apartment.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made, and an additional cost will apply. Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other guests either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and of your departure for check-out.
