"We had a wonderful family holiday at Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca and would happily recommend it, especially for families with young children. The location is excellent, the sea views are beautiful, and the beach is just a short walk away. The pools and facilities were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
The all-inclusive package offered good value for money. There was plenty of food to choose from throughout the day, although some meals were quite basic. We always found something we enjoyed.
The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is the pest control. During our stay, we saw one cockroach on the welcome drink tray, which the staff removed immediately after we reported it, and another one inside our room during the night. We understand that insects can be more common in a warm coastal destination like Mallorca, but we hope the hotel can improve its pest control, as this is something guests should not experience in a 4-star hotel.
Despite this, we had a fantastic holiday and created wonderful family memories. With improved pest control, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars."
