Villa du Pin is located on the heights of Calvi, in a quiet neighborhood less than a kilometer from downtown and the beaches. Fully air-conditioned, the house was completely renovated in 2025 to become the ideal setting for family vacations, get-togethers with friends, or gathering a group for a weekend or an event in the Balagne region. Villa du Pin can accommodate up to 10 people.

15 minutes on foot from downtown Calvi and the beaches, the house offers a beautiful view of the citadel. Set on a fully enclosed 1000m² private plot, the house has parking for four vehicles.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to:
- a separate toilet.
- a master bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200), a shower room, a 109cm TV, a safe and a walk-in closet.
- a 46m² living area with a large lounge equipped with a 155cm TV, sound bar and DVD player, a dining area for 10 people that opens onto both the fitted kitchen and the covered terrace.
- the fully-equipped kitchen features a large ceramic hob with integrated extractor hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an American-style fridge, a wine fridge, two coffee machines (Nespresso and Senseo), a kettle, a toaster, a slicer, a food processor, a pressure cooker, a rice cooker, and a citrus juicer. Adjoining the kitchen, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. All the equipment is new.
- the 55m² covered terrace includes a dining area for 10 people, a large corner sofa and a WEBER gas barbecue-plancha — a real living space for extending group meals.
- the 8x4 saltwater pool, which can be heated, is surrounded by a 56m² sun terrace equipped with 6 sun loungers and a large offset parasol.
- to the side, a small pétanque court completes the property, along with a ping-pong table.

Upstairs, the staircase leads to:
- two bedrooms each equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200) and a walk-in closet.
- two bedrooms each equipped with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a king size bed (180x200), and a walk-in closet.
- a bathroom with double sink and Italian-style walk-in shower (90x120).
- a bathroom with a single sink and a bathtub.
- a separate toilet.

A travel cot, a high chair and a changing table/bath are available.

The whole house is covered by WIFI with an internet subscription (fiber). Both TVs give access to digital terrestrial channels via the internet and to the Canal Plus package.

Linens are provided and included from 5 nights of stay onward. Below 5 nights, a fee of €30 per room actually occupied may apply.

A mandatory cleaning fee of €200 applies and is payable on arrival.

A deposit of €2,000 will be requested on arrival. It will be refunded at the end of your stay.

- Period from April 3 to 30: €350 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from May 1 to 12: €375 per night. Minimum 5 nights.
- Period from May 13 to 17: €425 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from May 18 to 31: €400 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from June 1 to 15: €450 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from June 16 to 30: €500 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from July 1 to 15: €650 per night. Minimum 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday from July 3.
- Period from July 16 to 31: €750 per night. Minimum 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.
- Period from August 1 to 15: €750 per night. Minimum 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.
- Period from August 15 to 31: €650 per night. Minimum 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday until August 28.
- Period from September 1 to 15: €500 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from September 16 to 30: €450 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from October 1 to 15: €400 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
- Period from October 16 to 31: €350 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
