„We had a lovely stay for a long three day weekend. 3 adults total and were comfortable and had enough space thanks to 2 bathrooms. The host was very friendly, turning on the heater so the house was warm before we got it! She was also available for any questions over our stay. „Not only was this house beautiful and peaceful with some of the most beautiful views of Downieville, but the host was amazing. Very accommodating, constant communication with lighting quick responses and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Hopefully the weather allows us to return so we can finish our job in town and stay in this rental again!!“

„My husband and I travel for fun and have stayed in many vacation rental homes all over. With that said I have NEVER stayed in a vacation rental like this one! This house was immaculate!!!! From the yard, manicured perfectly, kitchen has high end dishes, silverware and anything you would need to cook or bake. Yard games in the garage to enjoy. I was so impressed!! The bathrooms also had items you may have forgotten. I highly recommend staying at this vacation home.“

„We came up for a long weekend with family (6 adults, 3 kids) and this was a perfect base camp for exploring the nearby State Park and town of Graeagle. Easy to pop up the road to go sledding in the park, swing through town and grab coffee or a bite and then relax at the house. The kitchen was good size and easy to cook for the family in, space to kick the kids out of our hair upstairs, etc. All in all, lovely spot.“

„we loved our stay at this cozy home in the forest with a creek running out front. It’s an older house with character, and it felt very comfortable and clean with a fully stocked kitchen for any and all cooking you might want to do.
