The home was very clean and our host Carl could not have been more accommodating, special little touches, prompt in communications and informative with a formal personal greeting! We chose this location that was perfect for our wine tasting locations that we had chose, as well as a visit to the Redwoods and Goat Beach. Would highly recommend!!“

„The house was a perfect place for the three of us for the Santa Rosa Half Marathon weekend. It was close enough to downtown Santa Rosa, and the vineyards down HWY 12. The reclining couch was very, very comfortable, and the best recovery tool after the Half! “

„This is a great house. The pool, theater room, spaciousness and isolation stand out. It's not a good place if a person has problems with stairs. There could have been a bigger selection of pots, pans and pyrex ovenwear.The refrigerator should have been checked before we got there, as there was a water leak. I give it a 9 out of 10 rating. “

„The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!“
