„All the staff were courteous. The room I got at the villa was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the huge pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent but it would be nice to have a couple more dishes to choose.“

„Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Pools.Spa kostet extra.Anlage umfasst 8 Hektar Gelände und ist gut für Familien. Es kommen auch Gäste von außerhalb. Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber sauber. Bett und Dusche sind ok. Preise für Mahlzeiten sind recht hoch.“

„Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the ...

„No problems with the stay. Room was spacious with 3 beds for a family of 5, and we did not notice excessive street noise, as some reviews have observed. Kids enjoyed the various pools. “

„Gave us wrong room. Wasn’t as picture showed. Garbage everywhere. Limited access to basic services. Dint want to do breakfast that was supposed to be included. And breakfast was not good enough to eat. “

„This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡“

"In general a good, nice and confy hotel. A little bit aged, standlamp was damaged and not stable with its stand. The pool was very fast crowded as it is not really big. No big opportunities to sunbath, as a lot of skyscrapers around it. Location is great, easy accessible and the staff was always super friendly. Very good and fast cleaning service. We had in general a good and comfortable stay but enjoyed the pool facilities in a different hotel."

"Es war ausgezeichnet wie immer! Wir kommen schon viele Jahre hierher, bekamen sogar einen Upgrade😄! Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker, die Staff, CJ, Queeny, Sir Don, Jessa, Fehbie, Neil, Rogen, Amer, David, Beni the poolattendant and Grace and Rona, alle anderen natürlich auch, äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen 👍freuen uns jetzt schon 😄"

"Nice hotel, good location depending on who you‘re dealing with. The hotel is in its ages and needs some renovation here and there. Also staff could have been friendlier. Overall a nice stay but not outstanding as I am used to from Shangri-La. "
