It is clean, quiet, and has very comfortable beds.Since I cook while I'm there, I appreciate the good selection of pots and pans for the stove top, along with a full-size refrigerator. „The property was clean and in a great location. The host was super kind and easy to work with. To say it sleeps 11 is a bit of a stretch, it’s pretty small and there is only one bathroom. It was tight with 4 adults and 3 kids. Also, just be aware that there is a basement suite - not ideal when you have busy kids running around and it wasn’t clear to me in listing. Kitchen was fine, just old pots and pans and stuff. “
