One bedroom with a Queen plus a pull-out couch in the living space sleeps 4 comfortably. A den off the kitchen makes up the dining room and coffee bar, and the living space hosts a dedicated workspace with a desk, office chair, and wi-fi perfect for work from home. All soaps, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies are provided so you have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and there are no crazy checkout instructions other than reminders to pack your chargers.

Guests love the peace and quite, the park right outside the back gate, and the proximity to the train, shopping, movie theatres, and local hot spots. Nearby the University of Calgary, Foothills Hospital, McMahon Stadium, and a quick train or drive to downtown and Stampede park.

If you don't have a car, no problem! The train station is a 20 minute walk and bus stations are around the corner. Public transit will take you downtown, or to the University and Hospital in no time. The closest strip mall, with restaurants, liquor store, bar, etc. is a 10 minute walk, and Crowfoot Crossing, with groceries, movie theatre, coffee shops, restaurants, Shoppers, and everything else you could want, is within a 25 minute walk.

You'll be well within reach of the mountains and ski slopes while still enjoying everything Calgary has to offer! Luckily, there is a National Park pass in the unit to get you into Banff and other parks for free.
