The space
This massive 3-bedroom detached home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with the option to accommodate 1–2 additional little ones if they are able to share an existing bed and/or use the Pack ’n Play provided. The entire home has been thoughtfully decorated with a luxurious modern beachy/ocean vibe, featuring beautiful high-end furniture, coastal-inspired décor, Mediterranean touches, and lush greenery tastefully placed throughout.

With the entire upper home to yourself, a massive south-facing backyard, private RV parking, tons of street parking, and an incredible amount of living space, this is the perfect place to settle in, spread out, and truly enjoy your stay.

🌿 The Space

From the moment you walk through the main entrance, you'll notice how spacious and beautifully designed the home is.

The welcoming entryway features a comfortable seating area, and just beyond it is a large private home office — perfect for anyone who needs to work remotely while on vacation. It's a dedicated, comfortable workspace that lets you get a little work done without taking over the rest of the house.

And then comes the wow moment. ✨

Just beyond the office is a completely separate formal dining room, tastefully designed with a chic modern ocean-inspired vibe, a beautiful blue feature wall, Mediterranean coastal artwork, and a WOW-moment chandelier above the gorgeous 6-person dining table. Imagine sitting down here to enjoy a delicious dinner together after a day of exploring the city.

Continue into the main living area and you'll find an absolutely stunning space filled with natural light. The huge picture windows overlook the south-facing backyard, allowing sunshine to pour into the living room and kitchen throughout the day.

The living room is beautifully decorated with luxurious dark teal velvet sofas facing a 65" TV and cozy gas fireplace — the perfect setup for truly winding down, watching a movie, or gathering together after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is one of the true highlights of the home, featuring stunning light-marble quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a massive quartz island with four comfortable stools.

It's the perfect place to start your morning with a delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee while everyone gathers around the island.

And you won't have to worry about bringing the essentials — the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay.

The main floor is complete with a convenient 1/2 bath powder room.

Upstairs you'll find three spacious bedrooms, each with its own personality and carefully designed décor.

🌸 Bedroom 1 — The Bougie Room

This is the primary bedroom — and it's a beauty.

A stunning jewelled queen bedroom set sits in front of massive windows overlooking the south-facing backyard. The oversized windows keep the room bright, airy, and peaceful. There is a large flat screen TV bedside connected to an Apple box with access to Netflix, Disneyplus, and PrimeVideo.

You'll also have a huge walk-in closet with loads of room for clothing and luggage, plus a private 4-piece ensuite featuring a large jacuzzi-style tub and separate shower.

🏙️ Bedroom 2 — The Urban Room

A spacious queen bedroom with a peaceful, sophisticated urban design and its own comfortable seating area.

This room also features another massive walk-in closet, giving you plenty of space to unpack and settle in.

🌊 Bedroom 3 — The Ocean Room

Our cozy Ocean Room brings the home's coastal theme upstairs with a peaceful nautical-inspired design and comfortable double bed.

And yes — there's another massive walk-in closet here too!

The upstairs level is completed with another full 4-piece bathroom.

🌴 The Backyard & Parking

One of the best features of this property is the massive south-facing backyard. There's plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors, relax, or let the kids have some space to play.

Parking is incredibly convenient with tons of free street parking, plus your own private RV parking spot at the back of the home.

🏡 Guest Access

You'll have the entire upper home completely to yourself — including the main floor, all three bedrooms, the upstairs level, and the backyard. The basement has a separate entrance and is a completely separate suite, so there are no shared living spaces.

Located in McKenzie close to the YMCA, South Health Hospital, Cineplex, + many restaurants and bars.
