To help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests keep the following in mind:

• Quiet Hours: Building quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM 🌙. Please respect these times for the comfort of all residents.

• Occupancy: Maximum of 4 registered guests allowed. Additional or unregistered guests are not permitted.

• No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free unit 🚭. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside.

• Pets: Pets are welcome 🐾, but must be taken off property for their business. We kindly ask that you pick up after them and dispose of waste in the garbage bins located near the courtyard entrance.

• 3rd-Party Bookings: For security and insurance reasons, 3rd-party bookings are not allowed. Reservations must be made and stayed in by the same guest.

• Cleanliness: Please leave the suite in good condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning charges.

1. Quiet Hours
This is a residential building with full-time residents. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

2. Courtyard & BBQ
You’re welcome to enjoy the courtyard and BBQ area! Please remember these are shared spaces with other residents and guests.

3. Guests & Visitors
The suite accommodates up to 4 people maximum. Extra or unregistered guests aren’t allowed. If additional guests stay overnight, a fee of $100 per person, per night will apply.

4. No Smoking
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking indoors will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

5. Cleanliness & Pets
We kindly ask that the unit be left in reasonable condition. Excessive mess or pet-related issues (such as urine) may result in a $250 cleaning charge.

6. Bookings
Reservations must be made by the guest staying in the unit. Third-party bookings are not permitted and will be terminated immediately.

7. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to an additional night charge.
