„*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. „The apartment itself is lovely. Well stocked kitchen, comfy sofa, nicely decorated. Main bed is OK. However the air conditioner was broken when we stayed. It is west facing and by mid day when it was only 20/70 outside it was 26/ 78 in the apartment. We did open the windows however it is on a busy road and a major roadway is a block away so very noisy to sleep and the windows are small and did it help much with the heat.
