Situated on the ground floor with a separate entrance, it comprises a lovely 10 m² living area with a sleeping area, a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a private garden of around 160 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 10 m² living area with a TV and a sleeping area featuring a double sofa bed (sleeps two)
- A separate, fully-equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs and a dining area
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private garden of approximately 160m²
- A private west-facing teak terrace of 22m² with a parasol, garden sofa, table and stools

Unfortunately, the property is not ideally suited for people with reduced mobility. For further information:

- Diagonal distance between the bathroom cabinet and the shower: 83 cm

The flat is ideally located in Calenzana, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. A car is recommended to access the shops and visit the region.
