"Apartamento bem localizado, limpeza razoável (muitas traças), moveis antigos, cuidado e conservação moderados. Ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto e o pior e mais ridículo ponto, sem cortinas. Antes das 7 da manha o sol ja ta dentro do quarto. Merece retrofit."
