First of all they gave us a room has no A/C working in the room then when my wife called front office to complaint about it there was a guy who works at front desk in the afternoon reply to her in a rude way and told us to wait for half 15 minutes for A/C to get cool down we have waited 30 minutes and still ac was not cooling and we complained again regarding this issue then they have send a maintenance guy and maintenance guy would not be able to fix that issue then they offer us to move into another room so again inconveniently we have pack our stuff and move to another room and look what we have seen lampshade with dark mold on it even on a yellow pillow they gave us and when we told them about it they have been finding an excuse that it’s normal nothing will happen to you then i got surprised that they don’t even know about Customers health priorities and they play with customer health so then we went to front desk right away and demand us a refund and let us go then according to them they will upgrade us a room and look what they gave us i know it’s a big room but has no safety at all balcony door is not closing so we have to keep it open all the time so there is no safety or privacy plus bathroom door has won’t get lock and they have a bathtub look where they put shower curtain 6 inches far from bathtub so water comes from Shower goes here and there and every time we call the office for any issue or anything their attitude is always bad there was no professionalism.
