Reconsider staying here. Nothing but a SCAM! Booked Delux room with jacuzzi months in advanced. Arrived at 11pm only to find owner had offered our room to another guest who had paid a higher rate. Argued the point and showed all paper work with specific room type. Owner refused to budge and would not refund the difference for the lower priced room offered. Got to stay 7hrs in room we actually booked before being moved to the lower costing room next door. Owner went on to say that the picutres used were not always correct. Room offered was a mess. Bedding, pillows and towels all stained. Rubbish not cleared from previous guests. Had to continually ask for clean towels. We received towels that were damp and told to hang them to dry. Sent our laundry to be done. Laundry returned still damp and cost was extortion. Very poor standards. So many better options then this run down hotel. Constant, 24hr tooting being right next to a busy road. Only good thing was the view of the pyramids each morining. Beware. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. 2/10
