The contemporary home includes a flowing, open-plan design with ample room for families to relax and socialise. Cook up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which offers all the essentials including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave, as well as other basics like pots, pans and utensils.

Off the kitchen, a separate media room provides a laidback space to take some snacks and kick back on the sofa with a movie. A second TV is located in the main living area, where a comfy, oversized lounge is perfect for putting your feet up after a day of sightseeing. The open-plan lounge and dining area also includes a six-seater table setting, with views out the lush backyard.

Sliding glass doors open from the loungeroom out to an undercover patio, where you can eat alfresco at an eight-seater table while overlooking the pool. After taking a dip, find a grassy spot under the shade of the palm trees to laze the afternoon away.

Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests, with three bedrooms featuring queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom offering two single beds. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite, while the main bathroom has a shower and bathtub as well as a separate powder room.
