„The room seems like it was not ready when we got in our room. There were no bath towels, and no other toiletries set up. I just booked a standard room and it should have included robes, slippers, and hair dryer. None of these were available upon check in. I waited for more than 40 minutes after I requested the towels and had to do a follow-up phone call because I’d really wanted to take a shower. The staff are very friendly.
