Alternatively, explore the fascinating Llanberis Slate museum (5.3 miles), which dates back to 1861 and showcases the region’s proud industrial heritage. In the evening, come home to the cottage’s patio garden and enjoy a glass of wine under the starry skies.
Step inside this sophisticated, single-storey retreat and you’ll immediately be welcomed by a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. This social heart of the home boasts characterful exposed beams and an open fire that houses a crackling wood burner.
