The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, half bath, master bedroom and bath, and access to the covered back deck overlooking the lake. Downstairs, you'll find a second full kitchen and living area, making the home ideal for multiple families or generations traveling together.



Step outside to enjoy everything this waterfront property has to offer. Relax on the covered deck with comfortable seating, enjoy meals around the outdoor dining table, or fire up the grill after a day on the lake. Dock your boat in our private dock. The lower patio features additional seating, cornhole, and a ping pong table for friendly competition.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all three levels, both kitchens, the private dock, outdoor living spaces, driveway, paddleboards, kayak, and all listed amenities.

Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply taking in the lake views. The area is known for its quiet atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and easy access to outdoor recreation while still being a short drive from local restaurants, marinas, and shopping.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended to explore the area. The home offers ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailers. Several nearby marinas provide convenient boat launches if you're bringing your own boat.



Other Things to Note:

• Self check-in is available.

• Please supervise children around the dock and waterfront at all times.

• Paddleboards and kayak are provided for guest enjoyment. Life jackets are recommended.

• No parties or events.

• Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

• Weather and seasonal lake levels are outside of our control and may affect dock accessibility.

• Guests are responsible for using all water equipment at their own risk.
