Comfortable stay

Such a comfortable stay! We loved sitting on the back patio sipping Prosecco and enjoying the view and sunset. Totally recommend this place for all families.

A great condo that felt more like a house. Everything was well cared for and the concierge team 5*

We are frequent travelers and this condo was perfect for us. The owner is very responsive as is the concierge team. We had quick, accurate answers to even the most basic questions and requests. The 4th bedroom with full bath made a perfect office as we needed to check in on our business while away. Plenty of everything in the rental. We didn’t want to leave lol.

This place is awesome. New pool on property a real bonus with kitchen and grill area.

Condo was fantastic. Well equipped for those who like to cook. Also, a real bonus was all 3 bedrooms had king size beds so everyone is happy that they are not stuck in a queen or twin. They just opened a new pool in the Bouganvillea condos that is much larger than old pool with multi layers and waterfall. Great place to spend a day if you want to avoid the Beach Club on busy days. Mellisa does a great job as concierge. Will definitely be back next year.

Awesome weather great golf and good food

We loved the beach but we discovered that there is no beach chairs or service The owners did help out as they purchased our chairs It’s not a luxury condo but it is well appointed They could leave basic food items such as olive oil salt And pepper The air conditioning is noisy The beds are good The condo pool is small and they need more lounge chairs A nice library too The beach club is very nice but we really thought a golf cart was a good idea The food is well priced and excellent at the beach club restaurant There were small issues such as no paddleboards at the beach club But the Westin let us borrow equipment The golf course is excellent Melissa our concierge was helpful

Wonderful Condo on Playa Conchal

We stayed over Easter week at Reserva Conchal with our daughters, ages 5 and 8. The condo is clean, well-equipped and very spacious. We loved having breakfast and bbqing on the large patio. The Beach Club pool and restaurant were mellow and relaxing, despite being there during one of the busiest weeks of the year. There is a shallow pool for younger children, and everything is just steps from the beach. We enjoyed hiking the nearby trails in search of the howler monkeys. As stated, you can pay for access to the Westin main pools and restaurants if they have availability. We enjoyed the calmer, peaceful vibe of the Reserva and did not feel we needed to pay for additional pools and restaurants. There are many great dining options and beaches to explore (or surf!) nearby. Melissa, our concierge was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property!

March, 2018 stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal

The Westin property is beautiful. The beach club area is clean with efficient, and friendly staff. The condo accommodation was however in need of a major facelift. Everything about it was dated. The air conditioner was extremely noisy when it was active, making sleeping difficult. The barbecue is a camping style charcoal unit that is totally inappropriate for a group of 7 adults. We additionally had to buy our own charcoal. There was none available on arrival. I would strongly suggest that the owner invest in a large propane unit. The unit was supposed to have been cleaned before our arrival, but there was lots of dust/dirt under the beds. We also had large spiders, and lizards in the

Great Family Vacation Property

The property is spacious and well appointed with all the conveniences of home. The Reserva Conchal location is amazing and the amenities afforded by staying at this condo help to create a fantastic family vacation. Easily accessible on property are pools, golf and amazing beach access where you can utilize kayaks or paddle boards. But the BEST part of this property is the over the top service provided by the concierge, Jorge. He will work so hard to make your vacation the most memorable it can be.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed in this condo recently. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of amenities. Every bedroom had their own bathroom and very clean!
