EINE EINZIGE LUXUSVILLA - Kostenloser Golfwagen!

EINE SPEKTAKULÄRE PRIVATE VILLA! Dieses individuell gestaltete Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich im Badeort Reserva Conchal und wurde im November 2014 fertiggestellt. Hochwertige Oberflächen mit türkischen Travertinböden, Marmorwaschtischen und Quarz-Küchenarbeitsplatten. In jedem Bereich der Villa finden sich ästhetisch ansprechende architektonische Details, die ein Ambiente von purem Luxus und Entspannung schaffen.

Drei getrennte Gebäude scheinen auf dem zentralen Swimmingpool zu schweben, mit einer wunderschönen Wasserskulptur, die bei Tag funkelt und das Geräusch von sanft fallendem Wasser bei Nacht hinzufügt: Die ersten beiden Gebäude sind Hauptschlafzimmersuiten mit Decken, Außenduschen und Dach hochwertige Betten und Bettwäsche. Ferngesteuerte Rollläden bieten auf Wunsch Privatsphäre in jedem Schlafzimmer und auf der Golfplatzseite des Hauptwohnbereichs. Das dritte Gebäude ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt, zu denen das Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer / Badezimmer auf der einen Seite und der Hauptwohnbereich auf der anderen Seite mit hochmoderner, voll ausgestatteter Gourmetküche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer mit handgefertigtem Holzfass gehören Decke und herrliche Aussicht auf den Golfplatz und die Hügel dahinter sowie den Innenhof. Wenn die Nacht hereinbricht, schaffen die Poolbeleuchtung und sorgfältig geplante indirekte Beleuchtungsfunktionen in der gesamten Villa eine einzigartige und entspannende Umgebung.
Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet mit Highspeed-WLAN, Kabel-TV, Smart-TV und allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung von Gourmetgerichten benötigen, einschließlich eines hochmodernen Induktionskochfelds.

Great location

Very pretty house. Great location in a gated community with easy access to the beach. Just to note, there are also roller blinds in the master bathroom so we had to be extra careful about full privacy. We stayed with our 17, 12, and 8 year old children. There were no pool safety concerns with the youngest. There was plenty of room to move around the pool.

An Amazing Getaway!

This villa was an amazing rental for my family of 4. Our teenagers each had their own bedroom and bathroom and we all throughly enjoyed our vacation in this villa and at Reserva Conchal resort. The house was beautifully decorated and is true to the pictures on the listing. The pool is accessible to all bedrooms, there is plenty of privacy and fun was had by all. The villa is well appointed, the kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials for cooking or eating, and the washer and dryer is convenient. We enjoyed the golf cart, the beach club, the beautiful beach, the restaurant at the beach club and restaurants in close by Brasilito and near Flamingo Beach. We also went golfing and used the driving range which is right out the back door! Isma, the host, was wonderful- was really helpful and super responsive. We will be back! This is one of our best-ever Vrbo rentals.

Luxury is right

We chose this home for a relaxing stay with our parents to celebrate my wife’s and my father in law’s birthdays. It was everything pictured in the listing and more. This house is essentially built around the pool which takes up the entire central area. Every wall facing the interior of the home is glass, with sliding doors out to the pool!! You could literally open the door in the master and step right into the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were great. Especially the outdoor shower! What stands out about this home is the fact that everything you would need is there. There is laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, bug spray, shampoo and conditioner. This is the most well appointed kitchen we have ever seen in a rental home. It’s all there for you! The golf cart was great to get over to the beach club. You can only drive it within Reserva Conchal (not outside the gates). And the beach club was amazing. Tip for the beach club - be sure to wear sandals when getting out of the pool as the teak under the deck chairs gets very slippery! As far as this area is concerned, you will probably need a rental car if you want to get groceries or other supplies or go out to dinner somewhere other than the beach club or the pricey W hotel. There are so many little towns to explore, we were glad we had a car. A huge shout out to the host - every question we had before and during our stay was promptly answered and taken care of.

The house is spectacular and the location is perfect, two minutes by golf cart to the beach club and backing directly into the golf driving range. The two larger bedrooms are beautiful the third is adequate and the living, kitchen and dining area is great.

Nice house but frustrating experience

We spent 4 nights and had a mixed experience. We got in late and missed meeting Isma. Perhaps things would have gone smoother if this had been possible. This was our 2nd stop in Costa Rica & check-in instructions came after our arrival. Isma prefers not to give her WhatsApp#, which is fine-- but we couldn't open her links on the road. Make sure to access wifi and screenshot everything ahead of time. The VRBO site's directions and 2nd directions sent by Isma give 2 different codes, which caused us a good deal of confusion. You will need BOTH codes. The 2nd set works ONLY for the gate, not the front door. If you've been to Conchal Reserva, this is a fun house. If not, there aren't tips on how to maximize your stay so we learned through trial & error. (Some unpleasant interactions at the hotel. We learned to stay in the lovely Beach Club areas.) I kept asking if we'd missed a welcome packet. I've never stayed at a VRBO without helpful tips. (LOTS about how to run the blinds & notes to turn off the air conditioners.) The guest bedroom doesn't lock. This is an open concept house so we wish we'd known this. (Walls aren't solid to the outside.) We had to request more than a "starter" supply of toilet paper, which was odd and took time. I found Isma to be fairly defensive at times, helpful at others. Lots of neighborhood construction. (Wish we'd known.) Beautiful beach & fun golf cart. Loved staff at Beach Club & restaurant.

Unforgettable villa

We had an amazing stay at this uniquely designed villa. The architecture layout and details are what makes this property so unforgettable. It was perfect for a family with teens and grandma, allowing for privacy or quiet time when needed while also having nice communal space. The resort club also provided many amenities that we took advantage of at member discounts. Isma was also kind and responsive to our questions, making sure we were always taken care of. Way Beyond 5 Stars!

EVERYTHING about this property is AMAZING! The 6 of us (3 married couples ages 42-56) stayed here from June 23rd - 30th. The weather was amazing and the property was more than we expected. The property owner (Isma) went way above and beyond with answering my questions, helping with airport transfers, showing us around the property, helping with tours and providing some extra requests before arrival. The private beach club associated with the property is also AWESOME! Beachfront access, resort staff will carry the beach chair down to your requested spot on the beach, beautiful pools, biking, paddle boards, & kayaking included. Resort restaurant and super clean bathrooms within steps of the beach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BOOK THIS PROPERTY and enjoy all Costa Rica has to offer! Pura Vida!

Our fourth stay in the Villa and it was again wonderful! The house and pool are beautiful. The Reserval Conchal beach club pools, restaurant and beach are world class. We’ve made amazing family memories in Villa 34. Isma is a great host. Andrei with ConcalFun is our go to for airport transportation and day trips. The Mangrove tour is excellent. Beautiful Villa with Great Communication

From start to finish, this villa was great. Communication was extremely quick with our host. Access to the beach, restaurants and club was either a 10 minute walk or a 4 minute golf cart ride. We were able to use the restaurants at the W, Westin and Reserva Conchal. We cooked in the unit often and every kitchen utensil needed was available from pans to knifes to storage bags to even a vita prep was here. Access to Brasílito was only 2 miles away for grocery and additional restaurants. Only challenge for us was that we flew into San Jose instead of Liberia. We would fly into Liberia next time given the traffic in Costa Rica. Love the villa and would recommend to all!

A top notch property all the way around, you will have a wonderful getaway if you choose to stay with Neil and Isma. There are no complaints from this group of 6 adults who spent 7 nights in paradise. The Property Reserva Conchal is a very unique and lovely resort full of a variety of options; entertainment, hiking trails, spa services, tennis courts, golf course, restaurants, a beach and many other activities for all types of vacationers. Plus it has a nature preserve on the grounds. The Villa This villa has everything that you could ask for in a home away from home. A very private pool, outdoor showers, and a well stocked kitchen are just a couple of the amenities awaiting you. This house is very clean with a great layout. I will definitely stay here again.

This was the best place we've ever stayed. The location is ideal and the home is perfect. Family of Four - First Time in Costa Rica

This property was amazing! Very unique villa with a very cool layout around the pool! A one of kind experience!!! The boys loved being so close to the driving range. We loved having the golf cart to drive to the Beach Club and having The W and Westin close by was nice for dinners. Neil was SUPER responsive and made sure our every need was taken care of. Highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It is an amazing location and the golf cart made getting to the beach very easy. The villa was extremely clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We cant wait to come back.

Magical Stay in Costa Rica

Wow Wow Wow. We just got back from our Costa Rican trip and CANNOT stop talking about it. The house is exactly as you see in the pictures but there are hidden gems like the indoor/outdoor showers that make it even more magical! It’s the perfect location with access on the golf cart to the Beach Club. You’re able to experience all of the perks of a resort with luxury living! Equally as impressive is Neil’s hospitality. I don’t know how he does it but any little message we sent was answered IMMEDIATELY. We had 1 minor blip with not being able to get volume on the TV but it was truly a non issue because the House Manager, Isma, is a superhero! We needed him to come twice and he was there within 10 minutes of us contacting him. He was so kind and was able to fix what we needed right away. Neil’s recommendation of Andrei from Conchal Fun for transportation during our stay and our excursion was amazing as was his recommendation for dinner at Panga’s. Crazy delicious!! You MUST MUST MUST book your stay here immediately. It will be a trip you will remember forever. You better hurry because we’re making plans for our next stay now!

Excellent House - Great Location - Great Beach

The house is spectacular and accommodates 6 perfectly. Access to the Beach Club is outstanding. The beach is in the top 3 (arguably 1) in CR. Very clean and feels brand new. Pool is great. Golf cart makes it easy. Make sure you have transportation lined up if you want to go anywhere. Five stars and would come back in a heart beat.
