The Space:

Casa Águila was built to disappear into the landscape. Two-story glass walls open completely to ocean breezes, panoramic Pacific views, and the surrounding jungle canopy.



At the center of the home is a dramatic indoor-outdoor living space with a handcrafted 12-seat Guanacaste wood dining table, oversized lounge areas, and direct flow onto the infinity-edge pool terrace.



The outdoor entertainment area is what sets the villa apart:

Please Note:

- Our villa is designed as an open-air retreat, allowing you to fully experience the surrounding natural beauty. As such, occasional insects and local wildlife are a normal part of the tropical environment.

- ⁠We also strongly recommend arriving in a 4x4 vehicle, as the property is accessed via a hillside road. The drive is rewarded with exceptional privacy and breathtaking views.

- ⁠The villa is approximately a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach, making a vehicle essential for exploring the area.

Enjoy its premier surf, then head over to neighboring Tamarindo for top-class nightlife and dining.
