Sleeping arrangements:
The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed.
Additionally, an air mattress can be set up in the living area, and we provide all extra linens to ensure your comfort.

The living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, equipped with WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, whether you’re staying short-term or long-term.

To enhance your stay, the condo also includes beach gear such as beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler—ready for you to enjoy the beach with ease.

No smoking inside the condo. A $250 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
