Amazing location, located just a few blocks from Medano Beach, and just a short 10 minute walk to the Marina. Marina Sol has an onsite restaurant, heated pool, large guest entertainment/gameroom, hot tub, tequila bar and Marina!

- there is no elevator access to the unit. Casa Reposado is located on the second floor. There are about 20 stairs leading to the unit.
Pets are not allowed at Marina Sol. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine and subject to possible removal from the property.

Maximum guest occupancy is 6 persons. If there are in excess of 6 guests at the listing, guests will be asked either to rent an additional room, pay a fine or risk being asked to vacate the property.

Check in time is 4:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon with owner and guest. Guests checking in prior to agreed upon check in time will be charged an additional $200 charge.

Early check is based upon availability of the condo on check in date, and subject to the completion of cleaning of the condo. (Additional fees may apply).

Guests arriving early at Marina Sol can drop luggage off in the security closet to the left of the Security Desk in the lobby.
