The Space:

La Villita de Panchi is the perfect getaway for families and groups looking to experience the best of Boquerón and Cabo Rojo. Located within Caboquerón Resort, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests, a rooftop terrace, access to a shared pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a prime location just minutes from Boquerón's famous beaches, restaurants, the iconic Polado, and nightlife.



This multi-level townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV, dining area, private balcony, three bedrooms with queen beds, and a rooftop space perfect for enjoying the tropical breeze. The property includes two assigned parking spaces and is fully air-conditioned throughout.





LIVING AREA



Enter La Villita de Panchi through the first floor, where you'll find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.



The dining area is equipped with air conditioning to keep the common spaces cool and comfortable. Just beyond the living area, guests can enjoy a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



A convenient half bathroom is also located on the first floor.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



La Villita de Panchi offers three comfortable bedrooms, all furnished with queen-size beds and air conditioning.



The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a queen bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom.



The second and third bedrooms are also located on the second floor and each feature a queen bed, air conditioning, closet space, and easy access to the hallway full bathroom.



All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and restful stay.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





KITCHEN



The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays and preparing meals at home. Guests will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, and essential kitchen utensils.



Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner with family and friends, the kitchen has everything you need.



A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the second-floor hallway.





ROOFTOP



One of the highlights of the townhouse is the private rooftop terrace located on the third floor. This space provides additional room to relax, enjoy the warm Caribbean weather, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Guests will have access to Caboquerón Resort's excellent community amenities, including:

GETTING AROUND & PARKING



The townhouse includes two assigned parking spaces conveniently located near the unit.



Renting a car is a must when visiting Cabo Rojo. The area's beautiful beaches, restaurants, attractions, and nature reserves are spread throughout the region and are best accessed by vehicle.



**When staying outside of the San Juan/Metro area, renting a car is needed as Uber and taxi services are not readily available in the Cabo Rojo area.**

La Villita de Panchi is ideally located within Caboquerón Resort, placing you just minutes from some of the area's most popular destinations.



Visit the town center of Boquerón, located just a short drive from the townhouse. This vibrant beach town is full of charm, featuring a wide array of bars, restaurants, local shops, and artisans showcasing their crafts. It's the perfect place to enjoy a casual afternoon, dinner with family, or the area's lively nightlife.



Relax at some of the most popular beaches on the island. Our favorites include El Balneario de Boquerón Beach, Combate Beach, and Buyé Beach, all known for their crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and spectacular sunsets.



Visit the famous Las Salinas (Salt Flats), one of Puerto Rico's most unique and visually stunning natural treasures. These colorful salt flats remain active in salt production and offer incredible photo opportunities and scenic views.



Rent Jet Skis at Boquerón Aquamarine Adventures and explore the beautiful coastline from the water.
