The Space:

This beautiful condo in the Puerto Salinas gated community is the perfect family getaway on the island!

It’s conveniently close to Boqueron Village (about a 15-minute drive), a hotspot in Cabo Rojo's southwest. You'll find everything you need nearby: groceries, pharmacies, shops, and bakeries. Beach lovers, rejoice! You're just a short drive away from some fantastic beaches and attractions like Playa Combate (7 minutes), The Lighthouse of Cabo Rojo, and Playa Sucia (9 minutes). So, get ready to soak up the sun and enjoy the best of Cabo Rojo's laid-back vibes!



When you aren’t exploring the island, you’ll love spending time around the community swimming pool, soaking all your stress away in the whirlpool.



Step inside the condo when you’re ready to relax after a fun day. The sitting area offers comfortable seating and a TV where you can unwind, and if you prefer being in the fresh air, your private balcony has comfy, cushioned seating.



Convenience on vacation is everything! That’s why we’ve provided you with all the essential kitchen items for preparing simple meals and a dining table where you can enjoy your homemade creations.



When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests as such:

Bedroom 3: 4 Single beds (2 sets of bunk beds)

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and the communal amenities, such as the pool and whirlpool.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in the Pole Ojea area of the island and about a 15-minute drive to Boqueron Village, one of the main tourist attractions of the southwest part of the island in Cabo Rojo. Some amenities nearby are groceries, pharmacies, shopping centers, bakeries, and so much more. Interested in visiting the beach? Some of the nearby beaches and attractions are a short drive by car, like Playa Combate (7 minutes), The Lighthouse of Cabo Rojo and Playa Sucia (9 minutes).



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 194 km | 120 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU).

A rental car is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with well-maintained roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests must climb stairs.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- The washer and dryer are inside the condo and are locked. They are unlocked when guests stay for three nights or more.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week! Should you need anything - just send us a message!
