„The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! And of course, our towel cards we had left on the counter in the same exact spot as we always do , were ...

„Excellent room with fantastic ocean view. Ongoing construction of the main garden and new restaurant is extremely noisy. Wish we knew this before booking. Also, main entrance to the complex from the highway lacks lighting and it is on a dangerous bend. “
