„Overraskende bra rom ,oppussing, frokost og generell tilstand. Deilig balkong. Savnet kaffe på rommet, men te ble et substitutt.“

„Extremely high charges for wellness in the late afternoon/evening hours (60 Euro/h)!!! Unacceptable! Very big disappointment!“

„Clean room , best staff , best breakfast , friendly behaviour.“

„This hotel is a 10 minute ride to downtown and the train station. The rooms are great, however there is no air conditioning, which was miserable in the heat of summer. Even if you cool the room down at night by opening doors, for some reason the room heats up again. It was 28.5 degrees Celsius in my room with no way to cool it down. Der Abstand zwischen dem Bett und Wand beträgt circa 40 cm, also aufstehen in der Nacht aus dem Bett kann gefährlich sein. Personal , Sauberkeit 1A!“

„I expected more. The only positive thing was the price“

„Room O.K., Location perfect, dozens of emails upfront, digital check-in portal but it does not really work. Reception never open, door code did not work, we had to call in twice to finally receive an invoice. Digitalization is nice but it should work. All those upfront emails were friendly and precise but did not adress the real questions on how to get there, where to park, how to open the door etc... it simply is well meant but does not work. I will not come again - I preferr personal checkin ...
