"Our overall experience did not meet the expectations we have for a five-star hotel. There were several areas where the service and organization fell short.
The service, in particular, appeared inexperienced and unprofessional at times. For example, during breakfast, we ordered coffee and orange juice and briefly left the table to get food. When we returned, our table had already been cleared and reassigned to other guests, which was both surprising and inconvenient.
The wellness facilities itself are nice, but, as they are open to non-hotel guests too, the area felt overcrowded and lacked the relaxing atmosphere one would expect. Additionally, the relaxation area offers only around eight loungers, which is clearly insufficient for the number of visitors.
We also experienced excessive waiting times in multiple areas. The check-in process alone took approximately 1.5 hours, and there were similar delays at reception and in the restaurant. This suggests that the staff may currently be under significant pressure or that the hotel is understaffed.
Overall, the experience aligns more with a 3–4 star standard rather than a five-star property."
