„The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy ...

„2 families stayed here over the Australia Day long weekend. As displayed in the photos, the house is quite run down on the outside and in some parts in the inside but none of this affected our stay. Everything that mattered was great. Very clean, great working bathroom and kitchen, easy access BBQ, enough driveway parking for 2 x cars, 1 x boat and 1 x jetski, shops walking distance, the lake only a short drive. Thanks for having us!“

„Lovely property. Heaters in each room. Plenty of bedding. Only thing that was a lil let down was it said byo firewood meaning there would be a wood fire or outdoor fire pit. No fire pit or fire on the property.“

„We stayed here between Christmas and NY and despite the rainy weather had a lovely time. The house is comfortable and kitted out with everything you need. It's a quirky place and we enjoyed playing a bit of pool, the video games and the kids loved exploring the large garden with our dog. It's a great base to go walking from or head back into Warburton (only a short drive).“

„We didn't have a bathroom at our room and we had to share it with 6-8 rooms with people! The most horrible thing was for me that they didn't renovate the bathroom since 1936. the begin of the 20th century. The room was also very small and we didn't use the kitchen because it wasn't comformtable. “
