The Space:

Inside, the living area is designed for easy relaxation after a day exploring the region. Comfortable seating and a fireplace create a warm and welcoming setting for slow evenings spent chatting, watching a movie or unwinding with a glass of local wine. Extending seamlessly from the living space, the wraparound balcony offers an inviting spot for morning coffee, quiet reading or taking in the serene countryside views.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and seamlessly connects to the living and dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals while staying part of the conversation. Adjacent, the dining space offers a welcoming setting for casual breakfasts and evening meals.
When it’s time to unwind, two comfortable bedrooms provide a restful retreat after days spent exploring the region. The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat with a king bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Centrally positioned, the bathroom is practical and convenient, while a separate laundry adds extra ease for longer stays.
Guests also have access to shared facilities at the neighbouring Yallingup Forest Resort, including a swimming pool, tennis court and playground. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage. Free parking is available in the driveway for your convenience.
Guest Access:
The cottage is semi-attached to a neighbouring residence, which is occasionally used by the owners as a holiday home. They are completely separate and soundproofed for a comfortable stay.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves as well as access to shared facilities, including the swimming pool, tennis court and playground. Please make yourselves at home!

Tucked among the bushland of Yallingup, this peaceful retreat places you within easy reach of the region’s renowned coastline, wineries and natural attractions. Yallingup Beach, popular for surfing, swimming and coastal walks, is around a five-minute drive away, while nearby Smiths Beach offers pristine sands and excellent surf conditions. Explore the ancient formations of Ngilgi Cave, visit Yallingup Lagoon and Torpedo Rocks, or set out on a section of the Cape to Cape Track. The area is also home to acclaimed wineries, breweries, galleries and seasonal whale-watching opportunities. Just five minutes away, Dunsborough offers boutique shopping, waterfront dining, family-friendly attractions and everyday conveniences.
Getting Around:
Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway for your convenience. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage.
Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is approximately a 34-minute drive away.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeiture of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Pet Policy:
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
