The Space:

Set among the vines of Fermoy Estate, a renowned Margaret River winery in Wilyabrup, this retreat offers a welcoming base with peaceful views across the vineyards and surrounding greenery. Be sure to visit the estate’s cellar door and sample wines produced here, then return to the warmth of the main living area, where an oversized L-shaped sofa invites you to settle in by the crackling wood fire. A separate second lounge offers extra room to unwind, while the generous kitchen is equipped with gas cooking, an oven, a dishwasher and an espresso machine for everyday ease.



Outdoors, the covered patio sets the scene for long lunches in the country air, with a generous dining setting and gas BBQ. Beyond, the private backyard opens onto open lawn and mature trees, with neat rows of grapevines weaving through the landscape and native bushland rounding out the tranquil rural outlook.



The primary suite occupies the spacious upper loft with a queen bed, ensuite, split-system air conditioning, and private furnished balcony. Here, leafy vineyard views provide a peaceful backdrop for coffee at first light or a glass of local wine later in the day. Two further bedrooms offer queen beds, including one with an ensuite, air conditioning and direct patio access, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds.



With two bathrooms, including an ensuite and a family bathroom, groups have plenty of space to refresh. A private laundry with a washing machine, dryer, sink and storage adds everyday ease, particularly for longer stays.



Split-system air conditioning is available in the main living area, primary bedroom and second bedroom. Free parking is available for up to four vehicles on the premises via the driveway and carport.



Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

Your stay places you in the heart of Wilyabrup, the golden triangle of the Margaret River wine region, surrounded by some of the area's most renowned wineries. Amelia Park, Lenton Brae and Pierro are just minutes away, with several other celebrated cellar doors, including Vasse Felix and Juniper Wines, equally close by. With this much variety so near at hand, wine lovers could easily spend several days tasting their way through the region without venturing far from home base.



Venture towards the coast, where Honeycombs Beach is just a ten-minute drive from your stay and a beautiful spot to catch the sunset. The coastline here is wild and dramatic, with limestone cliffs, hidden coves and windswept lookouts stretching along the shore, offering plenty of places to pause and take in the view. Don't forget to visit Margaret River Chocolate Factory, where you can try the famous free chocolate buttons, watch chocolatiers handcraft truffles, and pick up sweet treats to take home.

Parking: There are up to four free parking spots available in the carport.



Airport: 35 minutes by car
