The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stone benchtops, high-end appliances, and a spacious island, seamlessly flowing into the open-plan dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows and timber accents add to the home's contemporary charm. Step outside to the alfresco entertaining area, where a built-in BBQ and dining space overlook the lush golf course greens—the perfect setting for long, leisurely meals.

All four bedrooms are beautifully styled with soothing neutral tones and natural textures. The primary king suite is a sanctuary with a work desk, walk-in closet, ensuite, and direct outdoor access. Two queen bedrooms offer serene, uninterrupted spaces, while the bunk room with four king singles is tailored for younger guests. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
