The second floor offers a dining area with 8-seater dining table, and stylish kitchen complete with appliances including a dishwasher, dual built-in ovens and gas stovetop (no coffee machine) which seamlessly flows out to the large undercover private balcony making cooking a breeze, with an additional 6-seater dining setting and built in BBQ. A separate theatre room boasts a massive couch and smart TV.
