The main family bathroom includes a shower. A second, newly renovated external bathroom with shower and toilet is located off the patio, offering added privacy and convenience.

The lounge features a large wrap-around sofa and smart TV (Netflix ready). All TVs are connected to the internet via cable, supported by a full fibre connection for reliable streaming.

The fully equipped kitchen is suitable for everything from simple breakfasts to full meals and includes two fridges, including a full-size cold drinks fridge.

The dining area opens onto a covered patio and private garden. Enjoy outdoor dining with the BBQ, then relax around the fire pit in the evening or unwind with a game of table tennis.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, with login details provided on the fridge and displayed in the dining area for easy access.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
