Beautiful house. It snowed when we arrived so we spent the whole trip indoors. Plenty of tv’s, games, and sleeping spaces for the stay. Would love to come again during the summer.

This property is beautiful, offering all the amenities you would find at a hotel. The master suite is grand offering a luxury master bed with the softest sheets I have ever slept in. The fireplace in the master suite offers a peaceful, tranquil ambience. The master bathroom with the jetted tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The game room was a family favorite along with the hot tub that was set at the perfect temperature. I would love to come back and stay during the summer to be able to experience all the additional amenities of being lake side with kayaks and a fire pit.

Great Getaway

Loved the location and the screened in porch we all made good use of. You could tell the house was very maintained. We did some great hiking and used all the pools around the facility. I look forward to go back again.

Great getaway

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids loved the downstairs game room and the adults enjoyed the cooler nights in the hot tub. Spent a lot of time on the covered sun porch. Luba was quick to respond about questions that came up. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful Home

This home was fantastic! And the owner was so great to work with - always answering our questions quickly. It was very clean and many things were provided like soap and shampoo which was a nice touch. My family had a great time staying here! Beware that the driveway is extremely steep and the walk down to the pond is also very steep (there are stairs.) We would stay here again.

Nice place for a family vacation

The house was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Luba was extremely responsive to my questions before we arrived. Everything worked just the way it was supposed to. And the family had fun with the lake, the pools and the playgrounds within the community, as well as lots of nearby hiking.

Beautiful home!

We had a surprise birthday party for my son. The house was perfect - spacious, clean and beautiful! It was wonderful to use the hot tub and bbq grill. Another great touch was that it was well stocked with coffee, tea, detergent, soap, shampoo. Luba was an excellent host too - very accommodating and responsive. Thank you Luba!

Luba was a terrific host. We had issues with the dishwasher and she had someone come to look at it almost before our phone call ended. The property was great, a wonderful game room with air hockey, foosball, ping-pong, a pool table and a sound system with two microphones that allowed all 15 of us to have a karaoke night that we will always remember. Future guests should be reminded that the driveway is at a 60 degree angle and could be treacherous for anyone with mobility issues. Parking can also be hazardous, but fortunately there are several level places to park. Garbage disposal was a bit of a pain as there is no dumpster and all residents (not just those at the VRBO, but throughout the gated community) are required to bring there garbage to one of several community dumpsters that are not within walking distance. This means that you have to place garbage in your vehicle to transport it to the dumpster. An inconvenience that is irritating but acceptable because of the nice property. The other inconvenience is that the community swimming pools are not within walking distance either and required us to take several vehicles to the pool each day. It would have been more convenient to be within walking distance of a pool, but again, the benefited of the VRBO outweighed any inconvenience we ran into. Did I mention that the five bedroom with multiple bunk beds allowed our 3 children and 7 grandchildren to have plenty of privacy or social time whenever it was needed?

Wow - Great vacation place!

You won't be disappointed here! Loved the house and amenities - stocked more than other rentals we've been to in the past. Plenty of space for our entire family of 10. The game room space was a hit. Loved the hot tub and the amazing grill. Enjoyed relaxing in the screen porch and deck, listening to the wind rustle in the trees and the katydids at night. Had a fire down by the lake on a full-moon night. The area was very quiet - quite surprisingly. We enjoyed some of the pools nearby as well. Only a short drive to town for groceries and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had. I wound say he's the best - super quick to respond and provided all of the details we needed ahead of time to make our stay a pleasant one. He really cares and wants you to have the best experience. Looking forward to returning to the area!

Great Lake Getaway

My family and I had an outstanding stay at White Swan. The house has plenty of space and bedroom options with a living room and dining room area that could accommodate our whole group of 9. The basement has a great space to hang out in at night or during a rainy day. My mother loved the sun room area and the rest of the family spent a ton of time outside on the backyard/deck space. The community itself is very nice with gated access points and a lot of amenities that you have access to. My wife and I used the fitness room/tennis courts multiple days, and my family spent time at 2 of the pools TOW/Mill Pond. If you’re looking to experience Bushkill Falls this is a short 5-10 min drive away. If willing to drive, East Stroudsburg is about 30 mins away and offers several breweries, wineries and restaurants if you are seeking a day outside of the community. Luba herself was a fantastic host. She was very easy to communicate with and even helped us out same day with a package delivery we needed to arrive at the community. Would stay again!
