Tiny and Colorful Studio in Busan near Dongseo University with free parking lot

A pretty small studio near Naengjeong Subway Station (Line N.2, 16 min from Seomyeon and 45 from Gwanganli Beach)
The apartment is conveniently located : 35min away from the airport and about the same amount of time to go to Busan train station.
Car drivers can park at the apartment as well, there is a free parking lot right at the entrance : you must contact me and ask me availability before parking.

It's on a hill but it gives a beautiful view over the mountains from the window, you can gaze at gorgeous sunsets every nights !
Free Wifi is included and the furnitures are modular, everything is made so you can do it from or on the cloud-like futon mattress. Use the blue blanket as a cloth you can eat on, it's washable and re-usable. Move the tv around, play video games and watch netflix if you want.
You will find my apartment in a student neighborhood. Dongseo University is 5 minutes away, and many cafés, restaurants and bars are around as well.
Convenience stores are right by the street too.
