„The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. That greatly limited the sleeping possibilities. The air from below was not getting up there at all. „The house is in an “older neighborhood “ BUT is a quiet and clean area. When we got there we walked in to the smoke alarm beeping low battery, but Alex was there within 5 minutes of us calling!! The house is a bit off the street so there was no street noise either. Will definitely stay again!“

„The home wasn’t as nice as it was portrayed in the listing. The home is in pretty rough condition and we were pretty shocked whenever we first checked in to find the house as beat up as it was. It was nice to be able to have everyone stay under the same roof and have the entertainment, but we could’ve stayed at a much nicer house without the game room for 40 less a night.
