„Captain's Cabin is charming, welcoming and generously appointed for maximum comfort. Juliana thought of everything! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay--especially while drinking coffee in the mornings, on the screened back porch. The cabin is located in a rural area, so there are roosters crowing and dogs barking. But, I would go again tomorrow if I could! A couple of good restaurants downtown topped off the pleasant weekend. Can't wait for next time.“

„I have nothing negative to say. Literally nothing. „I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was lovely, and the best part of my trip was being so close to all the amazing hikes in the area. This is a great spot for anyone looking to explore Boone, Blowing Rock, or Linville Gorge, and it was the perfect place to come back to and reset after a day of adventure. PS My favorite hike was Table Rock, and Wiseman’s View is an absolute must-do.“

„We primarily rented this place to have a place to sleep after a trip to Grandfather Maountain, but it was so much more than that. The fireplace was great and easy to operate, the home was cozy and inviting, very clean with simple and easy checkout instructions.
