„We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. „Girl's weekend and all were very happy with this place. Check in and check out were easy. The beds, even day beds, were comfortable. The place was very clean and had ample necessities. We especially enjoyed the packs of Lake Geneva roasters coffee and several mirrors throughout so others could get ready when the bathroom was occupied. Bathroom had hooks which is a big plus. „Our stay was great! The property was super clean and very well kept. It's so cute and homey as well. Everything we needed throughout our stay they had provided for us and we had zero complications whatsoever. I didn't need to contact them at all during our stay, but I had a few questions ahead of time and they would respond quickly and were extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect place for a little weekend getaway for 2-4 people!“
