„Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.“

„The landlord refused to give us the addresses of the apartment or the place for picking up the keys until just before we arrived ... we are in our 80s ... we simply could not travel to Europe and taxi from the airport without knowing well before we left where we were going ... so we cancelled the rental and believe we should get a refund ... we have asked Expedia to help us but they have not been helpful, and have done nothing to help with the refund ... we are disgusted with the landlord and ...

„Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande“

„The best place and area in paris.near train station,restaurants stores..good the host provided name of grocery store.the place has all you need including washer and dryer,microwave,ref and etc..theres plenty of big towels available with working towel warmer in the toilet..whole restroom is big enough and clean with strong shower pressure and centralized water heater..theres a good space in the kitchen area and also to dine it..lot of outlets provided and the place is well secured.the entry door ...

„You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest.
