All of the bedrooms are doubles with two on the ground floor and three doubles on the second floor, as well as a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, an open plan living dining area, as well as two sitting rooms, and to the outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed gravelled garden. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Gas central heating (additional 200Euros deposit for gas to be paid into the owners account, remaining funds will be returned). Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, selection of books and games. Bed linen included in rent.
