It's close to pretty much everything in the San Luis Valley. We went to Alamosa in less than 20 minutes, the Sand Dunes in less than that! „Cute little farm decor room with a fun playground for the little ones. Our one-and-a-half-year-old enjoyed the playground with help. The place was clean, other than some hard water buildup issues with the showerhead and a pillowcase with either a stain or unwashed spot. We enjoyed our stay overall. Nice little vacation rental.“
