„It was a very nice room. There were definitely parts that were recently updated but also things left to do. The neighborhood and parking lot made me a little wary but it all worked out fine. It was quiet and clean. I'd be fine staying there again.“

„We got stuck in Houston because of a flight delay and missed connection. I asked the staff if there was any kind of late checkout option because we were going to be stuck all day in the airport. They let us stay until 2pm for late checkout and did not charge. Very wonderful and accommodating, will most definitely stay here again if ever in Houston.“

„The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and the beds exceptionally comfortable. Houston is a very disjointed city, and not very pedestrian friendly, so I honestly couldn't say much about the location itself, but it felt safe to me. My only complaints would be 1) the noise in the evenings - if you have a room that opens up to the central courtyard, the noise will flood your room, and it's almost like the folks lounging there are planted right outside your door, and 2) the fact that housekeeping ...
