This is a 2-bedroom apartment next door to a 1-bedroom apartment. It is not 3 bedrooms in the same apartment. But the apartments are immediately next door to one another.

The space
Located in the Palermo neighborhood bordering Recoleta - considered to be one of the most upscale areas of Buenos Aires. It is just blocks from some of the trendiest restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to Alto Palermo Shopping Mall.

This is a 2-bedroom apartment right next door to another 1-bedroom apartment that we both own. They both have their own separate entrance but you have the ability to be in the same location yet have more privacy so you have the best of both worlds.

Due to its higher floor location, the apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

These 2 apartments also include 5 new Smart 4K TV's in the apartment (in each of the 3 bedrooms and the living room) to enjoy your favorite shows. The Smart TV's allow you to connect to your Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, Amazon Prime or Apple TV account.

This apartment is perfect for a longer-term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company also owns/manages several other units in the building if you are staying with friends/family and want to be in the same building.
