The apartment boasts a bright and verdant view overlooking the trees. It's situated in one of the most central areas of the city. On the shared terrace, enjoy access to the pool and barbecue with a view of the Rural. You'll also have access to a laundry room in the building's basement.

It's a bright and quiet studio apartment, ideal for resting or working, with a beautiful view right in the heart of Buenos Aires. It is fully equipped.

The kitchen features an under-counter refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and complete tableware. Additionally, it includes a smart TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. Furthermore, the building offers a pool, barbecue area, washing machine, and dryer.

You'll have access to all the building amenities: barbecue area, pool from December to March, and laundry facilities.

Check-in is self-service; you'll find a lockbox with a numerical code. We'll be constantly available through various communication channels, including Airbnb chat, text messages, or calls.

Moreover, it's surrounded by lots of greenery, especially on the street where the building is located. You'll see plenty of trees from your balcony. In the neighborhood, you'll find restaurants of all kinds, from Argentine grills to international cuisine. And there are plenty of places to visit, such as the Rosedal de Palermo, the Ecoparque, La Rural, and the United States Embassy. You don't have to worry about safety; it's one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. Although parking is not included in the accommodation, you will find several valet parking services in the area at good prices. Additionally, you will have convenient access to public transportation, with multiple bus lines on Santa Fe Avenue. The Ministro Carranza train station and Palermo metro station are located a few blocks away. Moreover, taxis abound, and Uber, Cabify, and Didi apps work perfectly in this area.
